There are a lot of things to be legitimately stressed, angered, and aggrieved by in our current moment. But I do think we need some sort of concerted national effort at bringing people’s emotional baseline to a healthier places. What that looks like exactly, I can’t say
Do we need a Reagan-esque "Just Say No!" campaign, where the subject is not drugs, per se, but rage about political rhetoric?

Love it. Sadly, when it comes to political manipulations of our emotions, the biggest culprit is probably Facebook or Twitter.
I say sadly because I love Twitter. But it’s also crazy toxic.
